The Meister is approximately 150 × 78 × 125 cm upright and extends to around 210 cm when fully reclined. It requires a minimum ceiling height of approximately 210 cm in the reclined position. Our installation team will confirm exact space requirements during your pre-delivery consultation.
The BioSensor is built into the armrest health handle. At the start of each session, you grip the handle for a few seconds. The sensor reads bioelectric signals from your palms to measure muscle fatigue levels, physical stress indicators, and body tension distribution. OVERSEER AI then uses this data to select and calibrate your massage programme automatically.
Both chairs run OVERSEER AI and LiFlex track. The Biovis is OGAWA’s flagship: it adds KinectBack 5D rollers (10mm precision gearbox), 71 CloudLift airbags, 12” Infinity Pad display, Monster Audio premium speakers, and 180°+ zero-gravity recline. The Meister delivers genuine AI performance — OVERSEER, LiFlex, BioSensor, voice control, OTA updates — at R55,000 less. If you want every feature without compromise, choose the Biovis. Yes. The Meister carries a full 3-year warranty covering all mechanical parts (track, motors), electronic components (OVERSEER system, sensors, controls), and the airbag system. Manufacturing defects in upholstery are also covered. Spare parts are held in South Africa — no extended waits for overseas shipping.
